No, and we built the system so we can't. Every outbound text ends with "Reply STOP to opt out" — auto-appended at our gateway, you can't disable it. STOP is honored instantly across every Mass|Agentic client (a global anonymized do-not-contact list at the gateway level). The voice assistant has no code path to make outbound calls. Outbound only happens for things customers asked for: replies to their messages, confirmations of appointments they booked, reminders for appointments they have. There is no path in our system to send unsolicited bulk SMS — it's not a feature we offer or will build.
Yes — for the webchat assistant, we give you one HTML script tag. It drops into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, or any custom-built site. No plugin, no backend changes. Voice and SMS don't touch your website at all — they work through your existing or newly-provisioned phone numbers.
We deliver it to you (bookings into your calendar, leads into your inbox or CRM) and we keep redacted logs for tuning the assistant — typically 30 days, configurable. We don't sell or share your customer data. Full stop. No "trusted partners," no marketing affiliates, no quiet carve-outs. Conversations are not used to train AI models.
